SUMMARY:Apollo Moon Landing 50th Anniversary Celebration
DESCRIPTION:The NASA Cinespace Movie Shorts Festival\nWatch short films in the planetarium from filmmakers inspired by and using\, actual NASA imagery. The doors will open to the full dome auditorium every 15 minutes to allow people to enter and exit or stay for the entire presentation. \nSafe Solar and Moon Viewing\nBeginning at dusk if it is clear\, there will be safe solar and moon viewing in the parking lot using a variety telescopes. \nArt Gallery\nView works of art from the exhibit “Celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Moon Landing”. \nMuseum of Natural Science\nExplore moon related exhibits such as Moon Snails and Moon Jellies as well as make and take moon crafts for kids. \nTransmission from ISS\nAt 8:00 p.m. in the planetarium auditorium\, there will be a transmission from the ISS and a short film about the first moon landing provided by Space Center Houston.
