The fishing pier is currently closed due to damage sustained from Hurricane Nicholas.
The Quintana Beach County Park offers access to the west jetty of Freeport Harbor and a lighted fishing pier into the Gulf of Mexico. Black drum, redfish, ling and Spanish mackerel are just a few of the fish caught here. The pier is also accessible from 8th street in Quintana. The park has paved parking and restroom facilities and is open year round.
