The San Luis Pass County Park is a 15-acre bay park with both day-use amenities and overnight facilities. This is one of the best places to fish along the Texas Gulf Coast. It has fish cleaning stations and a boat ramp. The park features paved full-service RV camping, cabins, a climate-controlled meeting room with kitchenette, interpretive center, pavilion, restrooms, a playground, and paved parking. Wade fishing and swimming are restricted in portions of the San Luis Pass Area due to extremely strong currents.
