This accessible trail takes you to the banks of Bastrop Bayou in Lake Jackson. It meanders through the riparian zone and emerges amongst mature live oaks in the floodplain. The trail is nearly one-mile long and is paved. Don’t veer from marked trails and bring water, sunscreen, and insect repellant. The Dow Woods Unit is located about one mile north of the intersection of FM 2004 and CR 288 in Lake Jackson.
